Remy ray’s kitchen Pt.1
Remy Ray is a name I got from a good buddy of mine while working on Little Cranberry Island in Maine. “Remy” is a nod to ratatouilles Remy. It has a good ring to it, so I decided to use it for the kitchen name in the future. There I hope to transcend the experiences I give and myself. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll have my own crew. I’ve always liked training new people on the line, and I hope to teach the youth of today and tomorrow the wonders of cooking your very own food or cooking for someone else.
