My name is Ramon Cadena, born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas. Cooking has always been my outlet—a way to express myself, connect with others, and bring back the warmth of good memories.

I’m only 22 and haven’t attended culinary school (yet), but I’ve been fortunate to learn from some incredible people in the industry. Their patience and passion have shaped me into the cook I am today.

Wherever I find myself working—whether it’s my own kitchen or someone else’s—it becomes a space for me to pour love and intention into every dish. I want the people I serve to taste more than just food; I want them to feel the joy, the pride, and the stories behind every bite.

I dream of owning a kitchen of my own someday—a place or maybe even a food truck where I can share this love with the world. Until then, I’ll keep learning, cooking, and growing.
